Janice Sizemore is a Platinum Award winning agent with a background in litigation as a former paralegal for the General Counsel of the Oklahoma Tax Commission. She is a professionally trained negotiator, has an unsurpassed sense of detail, and received her real estate license in 2019.

She has extensive experience with real estate law and is well schooled in property rights and contract arbitration. Additionally, her knowledge of title opinions is extensive and she easily “stays proactive and not reactive to problematic issues.”

David Sizemore was born in Tulsa, and raised in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Special and Physical Education and is a retired Oklahoma educator and coach. Having traveled all over the state as an athletic coach, David is familiar with the entirety of Oklahoma and earned his real estate licensure in 2021.

David’s philosophy towards the real estate process is to set a plan of action and execute it to precision. His clients appreciate the structure he provides as an agent and feel secure under his guidance. As a former teacher, he is an excellent communicator, an active listener, and is detail oriented, nothing escapes his attention.  “I am a hardworking, family man, and a Christian. This dynamic real estate couple are proud foster parents of twenty-four children, to date, and enjoy attending the various sporting events of their grandchildren. They support their community by spending 85% of their yearly advertising budget on academic teams as well as school sporting events in the Tulsa area.  David continues to support his community as a member of the Oklahoma Coaches Association and Oklahoma Officials Association, and Janice is active in Rotary Club and serves at Foundation church along with her husband. 

Family means everything to the Sizemores, there is nothing of higher value and they know there is nothing of higher value in their client’s lives as well. They are well equipped to walk any customer through the seemingly complicated transaction process; moreover, they have people’s best interests at heart and understand that “family first” is the foundation of any home.
